Suited to single or multivendor fleets, PaperCutMF supports every major brand of multifunction device, offering a full-featured print management solution allowing you to track and control all your copies, faxes, scans and prints.

Coupled with a compatible USB based card reader supplied by Copy Monitoring, PaperCut
allows you to simply walk up and login to the device using your chosen authentication method.

Brother multifunction devices use the capabilities of the Brother Solutions Interface (BSI) providing users with tracking, charging and billing of printing and “off the glass” copying and scanning features.

USB card reader technology is supported with the installation of a driver. Copy Monitoring recommend the use of a TWN4 with USB connector.

PaperCut MF provides integration with selected Canon MFDs providing device access control, copy tracking and print job release via the touchscreen.

The Canon MEAP has been developed in collaboration with Canon and is currently only available via selected authorised Canon dealers in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. If you’re unable to obtain the Canon embedded connection we recommend using a cPad controller to enable PaperCut features at the device.

Epson devices are supported using the Epson Open Platform (EOP) solution providing device access control, copy tracking and print job release via the touchscreen.

PaperCut MF provides integration with Fuji Xerox MFD’s via the built-in touch screen and an extensible customisation kit (XCP).

Card Authentication is available via “off the shelf” USB based card readers supporting features such as tracking, single sign-on authentication, group access and control, billing of network printing, secure and mobile print release features.

HP devices are supported via Chai SOE DSE and FutureSmart frameworks.

The solution uses the HP devices’ built-in touch screen along with a USB compatible card reader for card authentication features enabling walk-up copier, fax and scan usage.

Konica Minolta devices are supported on the “publicly available Application Programming Interface” (OpenAPI version 3.1+/4.0 recommended) and must have a hard drive installed.

Kyocera devices are supported on the “Hybrid Platform for Advanced Solutions” (HyPAS) platform.

When using a card option as the method of authentication, a “Kyocera Card Authentication Kit” is required. Copy Monitoring recommend the use of a TWN4 with mini USB connector to support this method.

From 15.3 and above, Kyocera devices have integrated print and scan capability offering an all in one display panel, secure scanning to onramp and specified user and location scanning to a secure network location or an authorised email account.

Lexmark devices are supported via Lexmark Embedded Solutions Framework (LeSF) version 1.2 or later.

When using a card option as the method of authentication Copy Monitoring recommend the use of a TWN4 with USB connector.

OKI devices are supported via smart Extendable Platform and sXP2 on selected OKI A4 workgroup multi-function devices.

Compatible USB card reader technology is supported with some readers requiring specialised firmware for use on the OKI device.

Ricoh devices are supported on both the “Ricoh Embedded Software Architecture” (ESA), and Smart Operation Panel (SOP) devices.

Card Authentication is supported on both platforms however when using SOP it is recommended to use a TWN4 with mini USB connector.

Samsung devices are supported via Samsung eXtensible Open Architecture (XOA) framework version 1.10 or later, enabling the tracking, charging and billing of copying, faxing and scanning.

Compatible USB card reader technology is supported using the front right USB ports. Copy Monitoring recommend the use of a TWN4 with USB connector.

Sharp devices are supported via Sharp Open Systems Architecture (OSA) framework, enabling the tracking, charging and billing of copying, faxing and scanning.Compatible USB card reader technology is supported by most current Sharp MFPs.

Toshiba devices are supported via e-BRIDGE 3, X or Next Platforms depending on the model. Please contact [email protected] to seek clarification on which Toshiba model supports which platform.

Compatible USB card reader technology is supported by most current Toshiba MFPs but may require the support of special firmware.

Xerox devices are supported via Xerox Secure Access and Xerox Network Accounting, often included with the device, enabling the tracking, charging and billing of copying, faxing and scanning.

Both network and compatible USB card reader technology is supported. The network card reader option will work with any Xerox device supporting Xerox Secure Access. Copy Monitoring recommend the use of a TWN4 with mini USB connector when opting for a USB card reader option.
